I am fascinated by this new video channel by David Lynch. This one is long, 18 minutes, but it's satisfying. I love the way it's shot and how in-depth you get
on learning about Zarosh Eggleston. Other videos are so interesting that I am watching a lot of them. Lynch talks about his first meditation and while it's very short and succinct, he explains what happened to him in plain language. He also talks about silence and this was at a conference and has some shaky camera, it still keeps my interest. This guy is a HUGE when it comes to video and film. Years ago he had a subscription service online to his videos where he released some of his animation which is particularly appealing. It's great that's its all free now. He never seems to disappoint, even on the banal.
