A student of mine, Mark Turner is back in Haiti after being in Miami with his family and is now working with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). His new video is pretty good because he's right there in the action, working to show the good aid that the IOM is doing for the people of Haiti. I like his shots and the story he tells. It's powerful because we are there on the ground with him, listening to the reasons why and experiencing it as he sees the action unfold. Near the end, when you see the UN Peacekeepers intervene, you understand this desperation of an entire population. Know that Mark will be showing us even more so I will keep you informed.
